I trained with Colin Orr for a year to learn Tai Chi. His knowledge is excellent and teaches at a flexible rate so that people can learn at different speeds.
Classes are informal and fun and I recommend him to people on a regular basis.

Always a warm welcome
Every week we come into your session and we are met with a warm welcoming feeling and a sense of peace, which is most appreciated. As yet we are very new to the moves and quite clearly have a lot to learn, but last week as we glanced around and everyone one was “doing” the moves, it is so very nice to be part of the class. We are really enjoying the challenges of remembering the sequencing!

I have to miss my class today and I’m really sad, it’s the best club ever. Wonderful teaching from Colin and Mitzi, with a group of lovely people. Tai Chi helps in many ways, with memory, fitness, concentration, discipline and relaxation. We always enjoy and feel much better after our class.
As a new member I have been made to feel welcome from the start Both Mitzi and Colin take time to explain and demonstrate the moves, we are learning in a most professional way This is a very friendly club.
Re: Tai Chi taster session, Wednesday night at the Tai Chi Qigong Centre, Gorleston. Many thanks for a very enjoyable evening, of entertainment, movement, and education. You all made us feel very welcome, and like part of the Tai Chi Qigong Centre’s family. Looking forward to the course in January 2018, and meeting you all again. Respectfully,

Fascinating Taster Evening
Attended the taster evening last night, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The demonstration from the senior members was fascinating, and even got into the little bit of practical Xi-Gong and Tai chi we did ourselves. Really looking forward to starting the beginners course in January.

I have been a member of Runham tai chi country club since inception. It is a pleasure to be part of this friendly and enthusiastic group, so ably organised by Colin and Mitzi. (Mr & Mrs tai chi). We have a small group of originals and an ever growing band of newbies. Since diagnosed with Parkinson's 10 years ago I have found tai chi a great benefit for many reasons.

I love being part of the club. I really enjoy the classes, all of the instructors are really helpful. I like that we are constantly having corrections and perfecting the form because it's important to me that I get the technique correct.

Tai Chi is an excellent skill to learn for improving health. The club is a good place to learn, participate and grow in its practice. The instructor team led by Colin and Mitzi are expert at all levels. I recommend the club and Tai Chi itself for all.
