Don’t want to join a club? then have you thought of a taster workshop, we are now offering workshops to suit individual interest covering the following Tai Chi skills:

Yang Cheng-fu Tai Chi form, promotes poise, balance and relaxation.

Dynamic Martial Taiji Stick form, once learnt a high level aerobic workout.

Yang Broadsword form, a beautiful set of classic Tai Chi sword movements.

Traditional Tai Chi Walking Stick form, perfect for everyday self defence.

Yang Lu Chan Original Old Style form incorporating martial fa-jing applications.
