Way of Life contents consists of two pages:

The first is titled ‘Interesting Stuff’ and consists of varied Tai Chi, Qigong and Alternative related subjects of interest, ranging from exploring Tai Chi today to Qigong validity, book reviews to understanding Hexagrams and more

The second is titled ‘Wise Words’ and consists of Poems and prose related to life. They range from and include ‘Love and acceptance’, ‘Taiji Peace’ and ‘The Ultimate Truth’ and more.
